The other morning I was sitting on my couch and had drifted off to sleep only to be awakened by these words that I heard in my spirit. I heard the Lord say:
“You are seen and heard, you are seen and heard, you are seen and heard. No longer say that no one sees and no one hears!”
As I pondered these words, the Lord began to explain and reveal some important things to me. He showed me how many of us have been experiencing this subtle thought and false belief, mostly unaware of its influence. He gave me this word to prepare us for what is here now and for what is to come. This is what He showed me:
The enemy has, at times, convinced us that nobody really understands and that no one truly knows who we are or what we have had to walk through. But that is a lie. When we have believed that lie, we have allowed our vision to align with distortion and a false reality. There has been a subtle hardening of our hearts that came through feeling alone and rejected. In our vulnerability, the enemy whispered, “See, they just don’t understand you and can’t see who you really are.” In the times when we heard this whisper and received it in our hearts, it formed a wall that we thought was protecting us from the attacks of the enemy. Instead, it kept us from receiving love and healing from those the Lord had brought to us.
Today is the day of recalibrating our vision to Christ. Today is the day to break agreement with deception and declare the truth: we are fully seen and fully heard! No longer can we allow ourselves to be under the spell of delusion by believing what the enemy has spoken to keep us isolated. No longer can we view the very people God has brought to us as provision as though they are threats, seeing them as not enough, when all along it has been our own blurred vision telling us to keep them at a distance.
We have made conclusions in our hearts based on perverted perception. We have even spoken with our mouths, “No one understands. I am all alone,” and therefore prophesied loneliness and isolation in partnership with the enemy, simply because we have not seen with full clarity. Today, we break the scales from off our spiritual eyes and say,
“I am surrounded by chosen vessels of heaven and earth — angels and humans — placed here by God Himself to partner with me on my journey. I am fully seen and fully heard, and I will walk with them and honor the Lord by honoring those He has placed around me. No longer will I believe the lies of distortion and deception that cause me to view my surroundings with skepticism and mistrust. I will join hands with those the Lord has sent me and allow them to see me fully, speak into my life, and cover my blind spots. I am not pursuing agreement; I am pursuing unity in Jesus. I am not looking for acceptance and uniformity; I am looking for Kingdom advancement by the blood of Jesus and the leading of the Holy Spirit. I will trust again because I trust Him. He is faithful, and therefore I can faithfully walk hand in hand with the people He has put in my life for this stage of the journey.”
We are seen and we are heard. The lenses and receptors of the people the Lord has joined us with are seeing and hearing exactly what is needed for our lives today. How they hear and what they see are essential for our growth and protection in this hour. Just as what you see and hear from others areound you are necassary to help guide, direct, and cover them on their journey. Today is a new day of trust: We ARE Seen and Heard!!!!
