It Is Too Late To Turn Back

When I consider that it wasn’t giants that kept a generation from crossing over into their inheritance, it was fear and unbelief. That is what had to die before God’s people could cross over the Jordan. And then the second time, when a new generation was allowed to go into the Promised Land, it wasn’t giants they had to face once they were allowed to crossover, it was the walled city of Jericho. To me the walls of Jericho remind me of the false comfort and security of man made structures (religion). The false sense of security that I have trusted.

This reminds me that it is seldom the BIG, bad giants that we face when we step into the new space that the Lord has prepared for us. It is more our own fears, unbelief and the voice of our own self made safety nets and religious voices from outside that scream for us to turn back and stop before it is “too late”.

I prophesy to us all today- it IS TOO LATE! It’s too late to turn back now! We are crossing over into the spaces and places the Lord has prepared for us to occupy. There is no going back. The chord to yesterday’s provision has been cut, the agreement with cautious and safe living is severed. We are now leaping out of the plane ✈️ into the land the Lord has for us and we will boldly go where past generations were unable to enter. Here we come!!!!
